The Toteme pipeline is real.
And I speak from experience. It started with the scarf jacket. Then came the flats. Then the coat. Ofcourse their twisted seam jeans have not left my side since I got them. Before you know it you’re convincing yourself that a fourth pair of black trousers is completely justified because they’re Toteme.
Few brands have had the influence Toteme has had over the last decade. Every contemporary label has borrowed from it, every fashion person owns at least one piece and somehow it still feels just as relevant as it did when everyone first became obsessed.
What I love most is that Toteme doesn’t really sell trends. It sells solutions. The coat you’ve been looking for. The knit you’ve saved on Pinterest twenty times. The trousers you wish you bought sooner.
