How often should I use the LED red light panel?

For best results, we advise you to use your device 3-5 times weekly.

Why can a panel be positioned further away and still work?

Because of its higher irradiance (light intensity), the panel can lose some power over distance and still remain within the effective range.

For example: At 15cm, High Mode delivers around 12.64 mW/cm², enough to trigger biological responses in the skin.

A lower-powered device starts at a much lower output, so any distance dramatically reduces its effectiveness — which is why 1–2cm can result in up to 90% loss.In short: it's not just about distance — it's about how much power you're starting with.

When should I use LOW mode?

LOW mode should be used when you want to treat areas on your body. 
We advise you to use the straps provided to secure the device on your desired treatment area (back, decolletage, arms).

When should I use HIGH mode?

HIGH mode should be used when you want to treat an area away from the skin on the stand.

Can I use the panel on any part of my body?

Yes, the panel is generally safe for full-body use including the face, neck, back and chest.

Can I use skincare before my treatment?

We recommend using your device with clean, dry skin and to apply any skincare after treatment.

What skin is blue light therapy suitable for?

Blue light therapy can cause temporary hyperpigmentation on darker skin tones. Fitzpatrick skin type V is described as “white, olive-toned”, and it is this tone and darker that may develop hyperpigmentation after exposure to blue light. We recommend discontinuing use if hyperpigmentation occurs.
